This tour includes a guided visit inside Windsor Castle*, the oldest and largest inhabited castle in the world with over 900 years of royal history and a favourite home and working palace of Queen Elizabeth II. A  palace within a castle dominating the medieval town of Windsor. Within the Castle walls we will visit George’s Chapel, where Prince Harry will married Meghan Markle in May of 2018. The chapel is one of the finest examples of English Gothic architecture and the spiritual home of the Order of the Garter. It is also the final resting place of the infamous King Henry VIII and Her Majesty’s parents and sister.

Follow the footsteps of 39 monarchs reigning monarchs who have called Windsor Castle their home, set foot inside the state apartments decorated with unique pieces of the Royal Collection; time allowing see Queen Mary’s Doll House, probably the most famous dolls house in the world. We are accredited Windsor Castle & Eton Tourist Guides, certain guiding restrictions do apply within the castle, but this will not take away from this unique experience.

From Windsor Castle we will start our journey towards The Cotswolds, where we will stop for lunch in a picturesque 15c public house.

Our panoramic tour will continue into various villages of the area, where we will stop for photos before starting our return towards London, if time permits there will an extra surprise stop on the way. 

*Entry fees to Windsor Castle are not included in the price of the tour, but may be purchased during the booking process.

Note! These entrances allow “Fast Entry” to the Castle, but we still need to get through Airport style security.

Children aged 5 or under do not require a ticket.
