The terms and conditions which rule over customer requests, except where indicated differently and/or agreed in the process of making a reservation effective, are listed below.

Booking Procedure

You can make an online reservation by using the booking system on our page. Once you have selected your chosen, use the calendar to select the date of your tour, select the available start time and press next to continue.

Under extras choose the entrances were applicable.

Follow the instructions to complete your order and payment. You will receive an e-mail message confirmation with all necessary details of your tour.

Transactions are in British £ pound sterling and include local taxes.

If you decide to pay an initial 20% deposit instead of the full amount, the pending amount will be due at the start of your. You may settle the remaining amount in cash or card, note however if paying by card a 5% surcharge fee applies.

Cancellation Policy

Option 1. 20% deposit once paid is non-refundable regardless of cancelation period.

Option 2. If you choose to pay the full amount due, the following conditions apply;

If you cancel a booking with less than 5 days to go, a 100% cancellation fee applies. 

If you cancel a booking with less than 10 days to go, a 55% cancellation fee applies.

If you cancel a booking outside the periods above, 95% of the total amount paid will be refunded.

Note all entrance fees are non-refundable.

No-Show on the day of excursion

If after 1hr of the agreed start time you have not shown at the agreed pick-up point the tour will be cancelled.

Alterations to excursion or activity

While every effort is made to organise an Excursion or Activity in accordance with the description of the Excursion or Activity , See London Tours do not accept responsibility for every detail of the same, and reserves the right to cancel or alter all or any part of any Excursion or Activity without prior notice, where it considers in its absolute discretion that there might be any risk to your comfort, health or safety, or if the weather on the tour date makes it not viable to proceed. If  cancel an Excursion or Activity due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot offer you a refund and you will need to claim back any losses via your travel insurance.

Circumstances outside our control

See London Tours have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that all aspects of such Excursion or Activities are carried out punctually and efficiently. See London Tours does not however, accept any responsibility for lateness or delay, for any deficiencies in such Excursion or Activities, for any loss or damage to your luggage, personal possessions or other property, nor for any injury or accident suffered by you during the course of the Excursion or Activity, howsoever caused.

We recommend you take out the appropriate travel insurance cover.

Complaints

Any claim or dispute that might arise out of you taking an Excursion or Activity shall be determined in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. By booking any Excursion or Activity you agree to submit to this jurisdiction.

In the event of a complaint you must raise this immediately at the time with the tourist guide of the Excursion or Activity. If the complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction we will endeavour to investigate further.

Your Tourist Guides

We reserve the right to change the tourist guide confirmed prior to the start of any tour. The replacement tourist guide will also be qualified. If during a tour a guide should fall ill we will endeavour to replace the guide as soon as possible, however we reserve the right to cancel the tour or offer another day as an alternative.

Data Protection

Any and all personal information that we may collect will be used and held in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and your rights and our obligations under that Act. We will use your personal information to send you your tour confirmation only. Your personal information will be deleted once your tour has been carried out. Note you may receive a final email after the tour to request your feedback. 

Pre-Booked Tours Only

As required by Transport for London Private Hire all our booking must be pre-booked. A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email with the details or the services booked. Including the details of the licensed driver guide who hold a Transport for London Private Hire Identification. A photo of your tourist guide will be provided for all private tours by car tours. Note also the private hire details of your licensed vehicle will be supplied in your booking form. 

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to alter our Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become binding on you upon your first use of our website after the changes have been implemented. You are therefore advised to check this page for any changes that may affect you.
